How can parents create a SchoolCash Online account?

The process for parents has two steps:

  1. Create a free SchoolCash Online account
  2. Attach their student(s) to their profile.

There are two ways for parents to create an account:

  • Our SchoolCash system sends an invitation email to primary guardians (tentatively January 16th), who can then click a link to start the registration process and attach their student(s) to their profile. 
  • OR, any parent can create an account anytime by visiting our district's SchoolCash Online page: https://cravencountyschools.schoolcashonline.com.

When this process is complete, parents who have attached a student to their profile receive an automated notification when any item becomes available for their child. This will help reduce the amount of overdue and forgotten payments and make payments easy to track.
